Changing products

I'd be grateful for some help. I have two Norton 360 licenses. Each license covers three devices. Currently installed on four computers. I assumed that as I was given the option, I could install one of my two remaining device options onto my new phone, which I duly did. After a month I was told this was only a trial and IU needed to buy Norton Mobile Security.

To be honest I find the plethora of Norton products completely confusing. It's taken me long enough to work out which license is which and what computers they were on. Last year I realised I'd paid a whole year for a license I didn't even use!

Is it worthwhile changing to Norton Security Premium? That seems to cover 10 devices of whatever type. If so, how do I do this as I now have two different licenses due to expire in 2018 on different dates.

Hi. Talk to Support. They should be able to point you in the right direction.

Re: Changing products

Contacting Norton Support is the way to go to choose or change your current subscriptions.

To activate the full version of the Norton Mobile Security, you will need to update to one of the new Norton Security versions, as the 360 subscriptions do not cover mobile devices.

Once you have a subscription that covers mobile devices, you need to tap on the three bars at the top left of the Norton Mobile Security app. Then tap on Sign In. Sign into your Norton Account and the full version will be activated.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
