Norton Identity Safe directed to create a cloud based vault.

I have a Samsung. Norton changed my software and I am being directed to create a cloud based vault. Support says I will lose my stand alone vault. Does anyone know how to roll back my phone app?

You cannot roll back an app update.

If you were using a mobile device, you were already using a cloud based vault. The only local vaults would be associated with a Norton product installation on a PC that was done at least 3 years ago. And you would never be able to access that from a mobile device. Local vaults are no longer created when Norton products are installed.

As you had ID Safe working on the Samsung in the past, I would suggest restarting your phone, then testing. If that does not help, go into Android Settings - Apps and look for Norton Identity Safe. Clear the App Data. Restart the device and try again. You will have to log into your Norton Account again before entering the vault password.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
