Norton Rebate

I had already posted an issue with Norton $20 & $40 Rebates form Frys.com

1. You need a "PROOF OF PURCHASE" for the top of the box for BOTH rebates, no one from Norton had gotten back to me

2. You need previous proof of ownership and Norton sent me a message to send in the "email" I received A YEAR AGO as the proof of purchase.  Could someone tell me who keeps all of their emails for a year?   You can log onto my Norton account and see 9 years of previous purchases which could easily be printed and sent in as proof.

I found an email as "Previous Proof Of Purchase"  that I had archived on a backup that will be sent in but again, NO ONE FROM NORTON will answer the question of how to resolve sending in one "PROOF OF PURCHASE" circle from the top of the box for 2 separate rebates.

This is the exact same thing that happened to me last year and it took me until June to get it resolved.

I'm demanding it get resolved or send me a refund and you can have your Norton Product back!!!!!

As long as you have purchased within 60 days, just contact Norton Support to request a refund.   www.norton.com/contactcs

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
