Payment Screen

I have been trying to renew my subscription.  However, the screen does not change (go to the confirmation screen) although all information is input correctly and shows no errors.

Contact Norton Support. They can access your account details to verify  whether the payment went through correctly. If it did not, they can process the transaction for you.
