Caught out by auto renewal again! :-(

Ive just been stung for £84 (bit steep!)for another years subscription which was on 'auto renewal' without my knowledge, I thought I'd cancelled that when I had a dispute last year with a Norton operative (by phone or email )!. Im really hacked off as my subscription doesnt run out until end of Sept and Ive been desperately saving to go away for a few days this month !

I wish Norton would give some notice that a renewal is due... :-(

Re: Caught out by auto renewal again! :-(

Renewal emails are sent out to the email address on file for the Norton Account that the subscription is register to. The emails usually start 3 to 4 weeks before the renewal date, with information on when the payment will be taken.

Check your spam/junk folder to see if the emails were sent there.

If you are not using auto renew to renew, if you use a new product key to renew the product, the default subscription setting is for auto renew to be turned on.

Are you sure you only have one subscription active?

As you have done in the past, you need to contact Norton Support to sort out any subscription issues. They cannot be resolved in the forums.    www.norton.com/contactcs

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
