Caught out by auto renewal again! :-(
Ive just been stung for £84 (bit steep!)for another years subscription which was on 'auto renewal' without my knowledge, I thought I'd cancelled that when I had a dispute last year with a Norton operative (by phone or email )!. Im really hacked off as my subscription doesnt run out until end of Sept and Ive been desperately saving to go away for a few days this month !
I wish Norton would give some notice that a renewal is due... :-(
