[Windows 10] Early launch malware protection removed after a liveupdate patch
I know windows 8 and windows 10 have a extended protection module named "early launch malware protection" can be seen under Antivirus GUI in settings. I have Norton Internet Security (188.8.131.52) minutes ago I got a liveupdate patch which asks me to apply now or apply later etc, I applied the update and now that protection feature is gone. Can I ask why? as far as I know that was a somewhat important feature scans the drivers at boot, why it is removed? I have windows 10 april update 1803.
I also like to mention that there was no entry in update details, just some web definitions,SDS 64,whitelist and a SONAR definition.
You guys should inform your users if you remove a feature in your products, otherwise some people can point fingers at you because its basically shady.
