My Norton product is not updated despite purchase

Hi,

I had the 30 days trial version of Norton Security Deluxe on my PC which was over a few days ago, today I decided to purchase the product through the application. I filled in all the details and accepted terms and conditions. My payment seemed to be accepted, after that it directed me to Norton website and nothing happened. I haven't received any e-mails with serial number, also I checked my profile and I can see no order history. I restarted my PC and the app is not updated.

Did something go wrong, shall I retry the purchase? I am a bit afraid of being charged twice for the same product.

 Open your Norton product and click on Help - Subscription Status. That should sync your product with the Norton subscription servers. Then log into your Norton Account at   https://my.norton.com  and click on your user icon at the top right. Then click My Subscriptions and see what is reported there.

If you still do not see the subscription showing as active, contact Norton Support to have them check on the subscription transaction.    www.norton.com/contactcs

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

@peterweb Thank you for the instructions, I've followed these steps, unfortunately it's still not working. 

I will contact Norton Support as suggested and I'll see what the problem is.

I contacted Norton Support and there was no transaction found. I completed the transaction again and received the confirmation e-mail as well as the licence number, it works perfectly, thank you for the help. :)
