My Norton product is not updated despite purchase
I had the 30 days trial version of Norton Security Deluxe on my PC which was over a few days ago, today I decided to purchase the product through the application. I filled in all the details and accepted terms and conditions. My payment seemed to be accepted, after that it directed me to Norton website and nothing happened. I haven't received any e-mails with serial number, also I checked my profile and I can see no order history. I restarted my PC and the app is not updated.
Did something go wrong, shall I retry the purchase? I am a bit afraid of being charged twice for the same product.
