AntiSpam not working with Outlook
I have AntiSpam. In Outlook in Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus, the option for This is not Spam (Green tick), does not work. It used to, maybe on older versions of Norton or Office. From memory, the problem started when I upgraded Norton a while ago. I was told I was getting a superior product, but the problem with this 'superior' product is that AntiSpam doesn't work. It used to work very well. You could select a few emails and mark them as not spam as a group.
I have followed the instructions elsewhere to go to Settings, AntiSpam, Client Integration and marked Outlook as on. And yet it doesn't work still.
Could this be rectified please? Thanks.
