Why does Norton online find Win10 file MediaEngineCSWrapper.dll untrustworthy/Bad

The only file on my computer that Norton Insight finds untrustworthy is Windows10 file MediaEngineCSWrapper.dll (3,735 KB) Released 15 days ago, probably with the last update to V1809.  The file is located in:
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.Windows.Photos_2019.19011.18730.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe

It's got a "many (hundreds of thousands) users" rating as well as a BAD determination.  Is there a reason for that?  Should I take any action? if not, can you make the determination stop coming up Untrustworthy/BAD

If you believe a file has been mistakenly detected, you may submit a dispute at https://submit.symantec.com/false_positive/.

Re: Why does Norton online find Win10 file MediaEngineCSWrapper.dll untrustworthy/Bad

Hello John. I have Windows 10 Pro x64 version 1809 build 17763.348 (latest build). The file date is 1/31/2019 and is NOT a part of the latest updates from yesterday. On my install the file is located in this directory:

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.Windows.Photos_2019.18114.17710.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe

Check the file version on your system to see if its the same as mine. If you are on Windows 10 Home OR on an insider build the file version and date be a different.  Please see my screenshot.

Cheers
