Incorrect Licenses Used

When I log into my account dashboard, I see a line saying that I have used 9 (or 10) of my 10 licenses.  The problem, is when I click on view devices, it only shows 7 (a couple of which are phones).  Where are these other licenses in use and how can I view or remove them?  More importantly, why am I not able to see them in my account if they are in use?

Also, I guess I wasn't aware that installing Norton on the phone counted as a license being used.

Re: Incorrect Licenses Used

To view which devices are activated on your subscription, open your Norton Account and hover your cursor over the user icon at the top right of the screen. Click on My Subscriptions, and scroll to your current subscription. Look for and click on Manage Licenses to see a list of devices assigned to that subscription. If you find a device you are no longer using, or a duplicate entry, click on the trash can beside that device to remove it from the subscription.

And yes, a mobile device using a full version of Norton Mobile Security for Android, or Norton Security for iOS will use up an activation from your subscription if you entered the same Norton Account email in those devices.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
