Norton 360 "issue loading your status" error
I have Norton 360, cannot use the lifelock portion at all. Under "My Norton" lifelock portion, it shows "issue loading your status". Then clicking into "Review your protection", it says "We're unable to log you into lifelock with your Norton account". etc.... I spent an hour and a half on the phone with support last week trying to get this resolved (transferred about 8 times during the process). They tried deactivating my account and giving me a new key, many other things. They ended up telling me the website was having issues. Still not fixed. I was still getting lifelock notifications during this process, that Norton Support could see, but I cannot, since I cannot get into the account. It is clear I have the lifelock account, my Norton 360 is active on my devices. I just have this one issue. Very frustrated at the time I've spent trying to resolve already. The last person I spoke with told me they would follow up with me. This was on April 1st. If anyone else has had this issue, I'd appreciate some guidance.
