VPN stops working
VPN has been problematic since 1st installation and was recently cleaned & re-installed by support. It worked normally (or at least it said it had secured the connection) for about a week or slightly more. Now it is telling me that there is no Internet connection (but there is) and thus is not securing the connection at all. Help please: 1. Is there some common issue with the software that just needs to be sorted out - or something specific to Windows 8.1? 2. Is there a solution for the VPN being erratic? Thanks.
