Have you locked Google Play Store app and your Norton Mobile Security app, NMS, in Norton App Lock app? What may be happening is that you get prompted when you open Google Play, then when you look at an app, the App Advisor feature of Norton Mobile Security, NMS, kicks in causing the prompt from app lock again. I have seen this behaviour on and off over time with these settings.
I'll ask my Norton contacts if this is normal, or expected behaviour.

When you get the prompt for the PIN from App Lock, be sure you uncheck the option for Keep app locked in session for Google Play and NMS. See if that helps.
Yes, thanks, it helped for now, but I wanted to continue using this option as before. I didn't had this problem before.
The setting for Keep app locked in session being unchecked is the default setting. If you somehow checked the settings, that is what causes App Lock to keep asking for the PIN, even though you have not logged out of your device.
