Erratic responsiveness, Norton Password Manager extension icon on Chrome toolbar
Often--practically every time I login--the Norton Password Manager icon on my Chrome toolbar will not respond to the first several mouse clicks. I'm using Chrome 85.0.4183.102 on Windows 10, Norton Password Manager extension version 7.0.0.16. I have tried fresh mouse batteries, clearing cache and cookies, refreshing Chrome, even uninstalling/reinstalling the extension; but none have fixed this behavior. (I have not seen this behavior happen on MS Edge.)

Re: Erratic responsiveness, Norton Password Manager extension icon on Chrome toolbar
Hello OmoOmo. I too concur. The PWM will not respond to the first click, at times not even the second. It does work which is the only reason I haven't posted about it myself. I'm on the Opera GX browser with the Chrome Store extension for PWM as well. Removing the extension, clearing browser caches, reboot and reinstall the extension makes no difference. The Edge Chromium extension works perfectly, I personally don't use Chrome due to the constant changes nor do I use FF or IE.
Cheers

SoulAsylum, thanks. Every time I post some silly issue I have, I can't help feeling like I'm probably the only one complaining (and I hate to complain about Norton/Symantec stuff, because I rely so heavily on it). So, in this case, I'm GLAD to see someone else experiencing the same problem (j/k)
At first, I thought, What is it?? A dead spot on the icon?? but I don't know if such a thing could even exist. Hope it gets fixed without any troubleshooting, which is also kind of annoying. Cheers back at you!

Yep!! Allow me to ask the Norton team if they are aware of this tiny issue, annoying as it is it doesn't stop the PWM on Chrome and as is my case Opera from functioning properly.
Cheers
Re: Erratic responsiveness, Norton Password Manager extension icon on Chrome toolbar
SoulAsylum, thanks. It's just...weird lol But it's something which could be looked at by the app Developers, in any event. I don't know anything about app coding, though I would guess the "radio button" (or whatever the icon is called) can be "fine tuned" for either the area of sensitivity (pixel area), the level of sensitivity (low, med, high), or maybe both. Or something like that...
Cheers again!
