Identity Safe on Android won't let me log into Vault

Hi there

I have the Identity Safe app on my Samsung Galaxy S2. I used to have no problems with it, but now it won't let me log in to my vault.

I have tried several times, and I have double checked that I am using the right password, but I keep getting an error message saying it's the wrong password.

Has anyone come across this before? Got a solution?

Please read through and add your experiences to this thread on Android issues with Identity Safe.

I've asked for your post to be moved to that board for better exposure to Android users.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Could you please log out of Norton Account from your Android, log back in and then try again.  You can log out from Settings.

I am having the same problem on Samsung tablet. I have logged out of norton and logged back in with no success.

My password works fine on my PC and Samsung Galaxy SII phone.

Identity Safe works GREAT in Windows 7, although it does not work at all on the ASUS TF101 Ice Cream setup. It used to work GREAT, but now, for some reason, not mine, the application is useless!

We are paying for this NORTON. Please give us something for our money.

Hi,

I can sense your frustration, but would like to get some additional details.

Your device is not incuded in our test suite for this app, but if it worked at one time and now doesn't, I'd like to get more detail on what doesn't work and when it began-- was it after an update?

I can also let you know in the future when this device if officially supported.
