I cannot access my Identity Vault

I cannot replace a password I cannot log into thru the settings tab on the NIS360. I also tried downloading it from the website and it acknowledges I have it but then says there is a problem and to contact you.  I liked former vaults much more.  Can I get help without having to reinstall NIS360.

Reinstallation shouldn't be necessary. Can you get live updates? Are you able to log in to your MyNortonAccount?

Is it the vault password you are trying to change, or one of the login passwords stored within your vault?

Can you still log into your vault with your old password? If so, the first thing you should to is to create a backup/export of your Identity Safe data.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
