2 Active Subscriptions - consolidate data

Hi Nortons

Context:

  • I've had an active subscription for years which I started in the UK
  • I moved to Hong Kong, it seemed logical to let the old subscription expire and start a new one billed in the local currency
  • I made a mistake, I thought my old sub finished, but it hadn't
  • The old one finished the end of this month
  • I now have two active subscriptions, but all my devices and data are linked to the old one
  • Pic attached 

Question:

Can I merge the two and unify the data rather than starting again?

So, the "Expiring" subscription was purchased in UK?
So, the "Active" subscription was purchased in Hong Kong?

Chat support agent: "Direct official Norton sales are not Geo locked".

merging subscriptions, transferring remaining days, country to country or any subscription related is best addressed by Norton Official Support.

last time I asked: as per Norton Official Support:
You can access the cloud storage backup files within 30 days after expiration of the plan.
Norton 360 Backup > Restore Files will work within 30 days after expiration of the plan.

Does UK subscription work in Hong Kong?  country to country I'm thinking geo-lock.  UK to HK...maybe not. 
Your Norton account remains the same.

Since, the "Active" subscription is counting down. 
Maybe, try entering "Active" subscription product key on each device. 
You can request Norton support add remaining days from expiring to active.  

Maybe, Contact Norton Official Support just to be sure best way to proceed.  
I'm thinking enter "Active" subscription product key on each device.
