I had Norton 360 V3 on a PC (PC number 1) with the subscription set to automatic - i.e. my subscription is automatically taken from my account.
I bought Norton 360 V4 fron another PC (PC number 2) and as I can install on 3 PCs I installed it on the original PC (PC number 1).
Norton 360 V3 subscription ends in May 2011 - I now don't want to renew this.
Norton 360 V4 subscription ends in January 2013.
My account is showing that my Norton 360 V3 will automatically renew in May - I don't want this - how do I stop this?

Hi,
Thanks very much for that - I managed to turn automatic renewal off.
