22.22.10.9 Bug - Unable to remove computers in traffic rules

I have some traffic rules setup in the Norton360 firewall to block specific urls.

When I go to modify one of my firewall rules (settings-firewall-traffic rules-select a rule-modify-computers-only computers on list) Norton no longer allows me to select a computer so it can be removed from a rule.

I can get around this issue by removing the rule, then adding it back with my updated list of computers, but it is a huge pain.

Hoping to see this fixed soon.

Norton360 on Windows 10.

Hi,

Thank you for posting on the Norton Community. This issue has been fixed in the latest build: Norton Security 22.23.1.21. Please let us know if this issue persists. Thank you.

If you are referring to being able to export the firewall rules, it is not an issue in Norton's view. What you and others have asked for is a feature to be added to the product.

We are asking for the ability to select, then delete computers in firewall rules. It worked in previous versions.

Now there is a bug in the product where select is not working.

This is not a new feature.

I'm referring to the original post by PB and J "22.22.10.9 Bug - Unable to remove computers in traffic rules". The issue is still not resolved.

Is this issue going to be fixed? It's been a month since it was reported & is still present in version 22.22.11.12

Norton products were originally designed as set and forget products for home users that generally do not have the knowledge to do the things you are looking for. There are enterprise level products that can give the granular control you are looking for.

I've got hundreds of IP's in multiple rule sets so deleting the rule isn't an option for me sadly. Really need a solution for this to fix some incorrect entries!!! Is there a work-a-round that could export the Rule/IP's & re-insert them into Norton Security (Would really appreciate this feature if it doesn't exist anyway).

Hi,

Thank you for posting on the Norton Community. We are looking into this issue.

I should add that this inability to select a computer value in a traffic rule occurs on all 4 of my computers.
