What is the error message you are seeing? No error, just can’t sort the entries in the App. It would be great if that feature can be added. Also, give us access to 2FA via Windows 11 WEB access.
The only sorting I can see in the iOS version of Norton Password Manager, NPM, is to sort by Name or last modified. What search options are you looking for? There is also a search function if you know the name of the vault entry you need.
Looks like the latest version of NPM offers 2FA through Norton’s own product.
When you add a new 2FA Authentication, it goes to the top of the List instead of alphabetical. I would like them to be listed Alphabetical.

Norton Password Manager offers two sorting modes for credentials: by Name or by Date Last Modified. If you can confirm that you are indeed using the “sort by name” mode, then this is a bug that needs to be reported.
