2nd time 360 had failed, can't find a phone # need help

So far, after many years of using norton products and always buying the flagship, i have had my 360 crash on me twice.  current crash, the gadget still starts on my desktop, and says all is well (liar) but norton does not really start.  when i try to click on norton 360 from the start menu, i get a pop up box with the red and white X   C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton 360\Engine64\6.1.1.8\uistub.exe.       after a while i get the auto repair box, i click on it and i get a web page opening up with power eraser, which i have run 2 time and conclude, it erases nothing, and has no power.

I know that if i completely remove norton 360 and reinstall it, I will get it running until the next crash.  but, my biggest issue is that i got sucked in to using identity safe.  so all of my logins are stored in identity safe.  well, that does not open anymore.  How do i retreive those logins and passwords, so i so not have to guess on each site, and have to go thru the resetting process of each and every login that i trusted to Norton 360?  Does anybody sell software to backup my Norton 360?  couple of years ago, went thru a HD crash and norton restored about 80% of my pictures and files.  better than nothing, but not what i expected.  And again, Norton did not restore my logins in Norton Identity Safe.  Why wouldn't those be included in a backup, when one of the main reasons we buy this product is to get our computers back up and running after trouble?  had to guess at all of my logins, and go thru the process of changing passwords, and some, just couldn't.  I think I have learned my lesson, I am going to get a pencil and a pad of paper and write all of those suckers down, and keep them next to my computer, so next time Norton 360 crashes, I can start over quickly.

there, I have vented!  Anybody know how i can retreive that file that holds those logins, so when i wipe my 360 and reinstall, I do not have to go thru this tedious task of chasing all of my logins that i trusted to identity safe.  If you can tell me the file name, i will copy it to a thumb drive, and reinstall my 360, then reinstall the file.  any help on this regard?  has anybody experienced this before?  anybody at Norton ever thought about why their product does not back up its own information and reinstall it after a crash?

Help me please.
