3 Month Extra Subscription not given

I have purchased Norton 360 Deluxe subscription for 3 Devices for 3 Years. As per the offer 3 months of extra subscription is to be added within 21 days of activation and exciting rewards on registering the product at scheme.Nortonsubscriptions.in. However login to scheme.Nortonsubscriptions.in does not work and I have not got 3 months of extra subscription till now. I am trying to reach Norton customer care but still not successful. Please suggest.

Are you India, Bangladesh or Sri Lanka (your screen snip)?

Maybe, three months are added (next renewal cycle) after current term expiry with automatic renewal for next renewal cycle.  
Any helpful information with Terms & Conditions (your screen snip)?

Did you register Norton 360 license/key with your Norton account.  
Did you register with https://scheme.nortonsubscriptions.in
Did you install your Norton 360?
