3-user Norton 360 license expiration date wrong

One of my 3 licenses says it will be out in 5 days while the other 2 are good for 96 more days.  I renewed on Feb 12, 2011.  How can I fix this problem on the one computer?

Please check the system date & time from the system tray(bottom-right corner in the desktop), and make sure that it is set correctly. In the Norton 360 window, click Support > Subscription Status. When it completes synchronizing with Subscription server, click Done. Let us know if this works for you.
