3039,1 error - help with reviewing logs for threats

I am a non-technical person and need assistance with an issue that has just started a couple of days ago. Sonar Advanced Protection fails to load

and stays in the red.  The fix Norton offers does not work.

I have read a lot of postings on this website to try to get a better understanding of possible steps for resolution.  I have done the following but I am really am at a loss and getting overwhelmed.

I was hoping that some kind “experienced” Norton expert can review these logs and let me know if I have any issues.

Computer has XP Home Edition version 2002, SP3

Norton IS version 16.5.0.135

I  have AOL for internet access and use Internet Explorer for some web browsing.

There may be some other virus protection programs still on my computer but I was only using Norton.

I just installed Malwarebytes and HijackThis to try to solve this issue.  I knew nothing about these programs before reading this forum.

I have noticed since this issue began that a full Norton scan is taking less that 10 minutes when it is usually takes over 1 hour.   The full scan finds

nothing by a minor tracking cookie.

I have logs below for Norton, Malwarbytes and from HijackThis.  Where my name was I changed the letters to small x’s.    None of the scans

were done in “safe mode” (another new term for me.

Here is the log from the Norton full system scan:

I  ran Malwarebytes , log below. I read in the forum about why the Security Center items are probably showing up and I did probably inactivate the two items per Norton’s suggestion when I loaded my NIS 2009 version.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.40

Database version: 2551

Windows 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3

I have run the following from Highjackthis (some helping posters had asked for this for previous issues.  I have added as attachment as document was too long for this message.

I have scanned, rebooted, updated, scanned, rebooted many times but still get the 3039,1 message shortly after booting up my system. Any

assistance would be appreciated.  I will only be able to review the responses after 6:00 p.m. and and thank you for a very helpful forum.
