360 states I am unprotected, when I open the app is says sign in or provide key. Either option takes me to an error page. I have tried to repair the install, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. what can I do to get it working again.

When I go to my norton, it show this computer as active and protected, but when I bring up 360 is still asks me to sign in or provide a key. those links still lead to error message shown.
Remove the license for the device from your Norton account. Next. Use the current version removal tool linked below. Using the removal tool do a “removal only” using the advanced settings. When removal is done, manually find and remove ALL folders labeled Norton, Avast and Symantec. Reboot the machine, then log into your Norton account, download your product from there again. Doing so should have the pre-activation you need.
