360 Subscription problem

This was retail and came with an installation KEY of its own? Did you enter that key or tell it to use an existing key?

Hi All, i had 360 V1 installed for past year. With 1 day to subscription  end i puchased V1 upgrade disk. i uninstalled 360 as disk told me then installed new disk. i logged onto my account expecting to put in new product key for another years subscription but instead today my subscription ended and 360 stopped working altogether. I cannot access the online help. I tried reinstalling and creating a new my account with different log in but the account still recognises my computer as having no subscription. So i now have a brand new product key which i cannot enter anywhere so i have no virus protection as i post this.

 

Any help please.

I did what Stu said and now have 360 installed and running with 1 year subscription. However, it is V2 and not the V1 upgrade which i purchased. Not to worry.

 

I have read quite a few people having the same problem. Why does a manufacturer make it awkward to keep a customer using there product. I had absolutely no issues with 360 for 1 year which is why i bought an upgrade fro retailer (half price compared to online price).

 

Hope i have another year with no bother but for some reason i now keep losing my wireless connection. Hopefully this is just a coincidence with getting V2 working.

I think you are asking why Norton brought out N360 V2 when you have V1? Part of the reason is to fix bugs and infelicities in the earlier version (and add a few new ones alas but they are dealing with those <g>).

You should be able to enter it when installing ends.

Please try using the Norton Removal Tool

than install the new version again
