4 digit code to enter password manager not available on IPhone 15

Since upgrading to an IPhone 15, the option to use a 4 digit code to enter password manager on the phone is no longer available.

What is the error message you are seeing? No error message. Option to long in with a 4 didgit code is no longer available.

What login method are you using instead of the PIN?

I have the iPhone SE 2022 on iOS 17.6.1 and I use fingerprint access. But I just tested and when the fingerprint option came up I tapped on Cancel and the PIN screen came up.

Have you looked at the Norton Password Manager, NPM, Settings to see if you can change/add a PIN there. If you just had the iOS update process transfer your NPM app, some settings may not have transferred well.

I always used the pin. It wasn’t available when I went to the IPhone 15. I have to use the password.

And did you look in NPM Settings for the option to change your PIN?
