Where is the refund that I was promised on 23 January 2023 ['sending you a cheque by post - might take 6 weeks'] .... Then I was lied to for a further 4 months [that the cheque was sent] ... then on 10 May 2023 was told that a cheque was not sent because you didn't have my bank detail [which is the exact same detail that you auto deduct from -- so you DID have it] .... but what on earth that would have to do with sending a cheque is anyone's guess ?? Then to be told that the electronic transfer of the funds was 'successful' in an email of 11 May 2023 BUT that the transfer might take 3 to 4 WEEKS .... yet again, how on earth that could be in the real world is hard to believe .... in the real world I regularly transfer funds overnight to anywhere on the planet ..... so 6 WEEKS have elapsed now and GUESS WHAT .... no funds in the account. I am 64 y.o. and have had the run-around by absolute experts in my lifetime .... but I have to hand it to you guys - this is the GOLD STANDARD - you have raised the bar considerably in deceptive conduct.
