My subscription was due for renewal in 2 days. I was then given 60 days free extension, however when I renewed, the expiry date of my subscription was only for 1 year from the renewal, the 60 extra days has been removed, why? If i was given iit for free, surely my renewal should run concurrent with the free days. How do I get my 60 days back.
The extension appears to be given to allow you time to process a renewal or purchase a new subscription.
Did you use Norton's renewal process, or purchase another subscription? If you used the renewal, the extended time might be added to your subscription. If you used a new product key, that is a new subscription and would only give you the one year subscription time.
If you did use a new product key, when you contact Norton Support, ask them to add the time from the new key to your older subscription.
