What is the error message you are seeing?
I have Norton 360 Premium 10 PC.
I have Norton 360 installed on 7 computers and there should be 3 installations left to use, but it would incorrectly show 10 installations used.
Is it possible to fix this error that would prevent the additional 3 installations available from being used ?, Thank you.

maybe, 3 recorded installs are on unused devices?

Remove license from an unused computer

1. Sign in to your account.
2. In the top-right corner of the page, hover over the account icon or photo and click My Subscriptions.
3. On the My Account page, on the My Subscriptions tab, select the product you want to manage.
4. Under the product, click Manage Licenses.
5. In the pop-up window, choose the device that you no longer use, and then under Remove License, click the bin icon.
6. Click Remove to confirm.
