My Norton wants to charge me $99.99 to renew my subscription & I only have 10 days left to decide

however, I need to chat with norton to find out what this $99.99 is buying me? Yeah?

You should sign into your Norton Account and turn off Automatic Renewal and remove your payment information. You say you have 10 days to decide, but if your subscription expires in 10 days, it may already be too late to stop the Automatic Renewal. 

You can only try contacting Support by the official channels at   www.norton.com/contactcs   That will get you phone or chat options. Just be aware that with the Covid pandemic, wait times will be very long, if you get in at all.
