AI isn’t fun, its certainly NOT funny either. For this to completely go undetected by a corporation as large at Amazon, and, then posted to the VSC market on July 17, making it available to the entire user base is as serious an issue as one will ever be. Software creators and vendors had better be paying attention as well as dedicating people inside their organizations to focus on locking down their systems. This gets ugly in a galactic way if they do not. To date, they refuse to take locking down infrastructure serious.

Marking yet another point with all the “telemetry” that is happening with todays products, personally I sort of have forgotten the issues with telemetry began with the Windows 10 public release. Amazing as that was to swallow then, its not even apples to oranges in todays environment with what privacy issues are being allowed in the US, especially here, due to the inability of government to reign in big money and companies who have politicians in their back pockets. Below, is another good read regarding how telemetry began being a taboo word. Is Microsoft evading our privacy and getting away with it through their terms of use and EULA? You can bet they most certainly are. And not the only big corporation doing it either.
