Vous m’envoyez un email le jour de Noël en allemand, que je ne pratique pas, en me disant que vous me renouvelez mon abonnement pour 2020 au prix astronomique pour un Norton Security Deluxe de 89.90 Fr., quand sur le marché et sur vos offres c’est 40 a 50 Fr. moins chère. Je trouve votre manœuvre un tantinet malhonnête ! Je ne vous applaudit pas, et je me souviendrais.

Renewals have always been more expensive than purchasing a new product from a reputable retailer. It is the same as many other services such as communication services that offer a reduced price to new customers, then the 'regular' price is in effect when renewing.
Just turn off the Automatic Renewal feature for your current subscription and purchase from a reputable retailer.
