I want to know about ip address. Is this http://192.168.1.3 same as 192.168.1.1. Is this a router default address like http://192.168.1.1 /192.168.0.1

This is a just a question I want to know. Thanks Thakuri!

192.168.1.3, 4 may be your workstation.  And for example 192.168.1.100, 101 can be your ISP equipment e.g., set top box. 

Computers and other devices that support DHCP can receive their IP address automatically from a router. The router decides which address to assign from the range it is set up to manage. When the router is set up with range 192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.255, it takes one address for itself (usually 192.168.1.1) and maintains the rest in a pool. Normally the router will assign these pooled addresses in sequential order, in this example starting with 192.168.1.2 and then 192.168.1.4 next after .3, but the order is not guaranteed.

Yes, 192.168.1.1 for example is the routers IP address to access your router interface.
