I updated the password for one of the accounts stored in the vault, but I need to access the previous version of the password. Is that feature available?
No not to you password manager it is only you who now that password so write it down ore somthing you always now and never forget. You cant get you master password back if you forget it you has lost all sorry you has to set it up from start again sorry
Thank you for your quick reply. Yet, my question does not regard the master password (I can access the vault), but the previous password for one of the website logins that I have stored.

Norton Password Manager does not store versions of passwords. The only thing that might save you is if when you changed the password, Norton saved a new login. If it just updated the login, there will be no recovering the old.
