Access Vault results in File Not Found

Detailed description: After selecting Vault Access button I get:
Your file couldn’t be accessed

It may have been moved, edited, or deleted.

Meaning: with Unlock vault you see File Not Found

What Norton Password Manager version #?
When did “Unlock vault” work…recently?
And you reinstalled Norton Password Manager?
Are either of these checked?

Norton private browser. Product version: 126.0.25735.183
I don’t know how to find Norton Password Manahger version #.
Unlock vault stopped working about a month ago. Had been working for years previous.
Have not reinstalled Norton Password Manager. Wouldn’t know how.

Let me check Norton Private Browser version #…on my spare machine.
Norton Password Manager is baked into Norton Private Browser…as I recall.
Do you have another browser?
Does Norton Password Manager work with another browser?
