Accessibility keeps turining off automtically on child's phone

I have Norton Family installed on my son's phone. I keep gettoing a message to say ' ... Your child has turned off accessiblilty on his device'. I then need to go into Permissions on his phone to turn it back on again. How can I stop this happening?

Thank you but no, that does not work. The battery on my son's phone is fine. It does also not have power saver on and all the settings are fine. When I go into Permissions on his phone, I keep resetting it and it all looks fine but then it turns off accessibility after 1 to 2 hours automatically. This is not him turning it off, it just turns off and sends a message to my device which says " ... has turned off accessibility in the device"

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to Norton Family Forum.

Accessibility permission might be disabled by the device owing to low battery. To prevent this kindly go to Settings > Battery > Battery Optimisation. Choose Norton Family from the list of Apps. Select “Don’t Optimise”. Excluding our app from Battery Optimisation will ensure the app permissions aren’t affected even when Battery is Low.

It is also advisable to block the Settings app under App Supervision, so that the Accessibility Permission as well as the above setting cannot be undone by the child.

Thanks and Regards,
Norton Family Team.
