Accessibility Service - Android

Issue abstract: we’ve had a notification that my daughters tablet has the Accessibility Service disabled

Detailed description: However when following the instructions on how to correct e.g. go into Norton Family on the tablet all we can access is the safe browser, how do we get to the Norton Family app - I have tried a restart.

Please open the Norton Family app on the child’s device and tap on the child avatar in the top left and then click on permissions to view the permissions that are missing.

Tap on the Accessibility row to complete the setup.

Thanks but doesn’t answer the query - when we go to the Norton Family app it opens the safe browser only
