I'm new to Norton Internet Security...I bought a 3 PC license and right now I have it running only on my laptop.
I bought a pogoplus series 4 (recently released in late december early January). When you load the software on your machine you can access your personal cloud storage (the pogoplug and whatever storage to have attached to it) over the internet.
I have mine pogoplug on my home network with a 250GB hard drive on it. All that is on that drive is a folder with about 90 GB of MP3 files that I made when I ripped my CD collection. Other than that, I have two PDF files on it.
Well, whenever I try to access the pogoplug from my laptop that has NIS loaded, I get this message saying that NIS blocked a melicious attack. It give the IP address of the pogoplug (the one on my internal network, not an over the internet address).
Right now I have NIS set to not report this message. But it seems that NIS is also able to block the software so that I can't see the pogoplug. That I don't like.
How can I fix this? I don't think the pogoplug is attacking my computer. I have those same MP3 files on other computers in my house and at work.
Thanks.
