Hello everyone,
I've been trying unsuccessfully for four months to access Chat so that I can lodge a complaint about an unacceptable standard of service last November when trying to renew Norton Utilities Ultimate. Whenever I use "Contact Norton Support" to contact Chat, and complete the enquiry page, I am ALWAYS told my phone number is "invalid", even though I have just received a one time password on that very same number!
If anyone from Norton reads this, I would like to add that Norton "proper" (no disrespect intended to the Community) has proven over the years to be shamefully difficult to contact and deal with. For that reason, I ordinarily avoid this website and dealings with the company.
I'd be most grateful for your advice contacting Chat and an email address too would be very helpful going forward. Contacting Norton might prove very much easier to have dealings with!

I'll use (faux) 1231231234 phone number. Only requirement that I'm aware of is # of characters.
as test: 1231231234

fwiw ~ my phone number real or faux is not needed to reach Chat support.
Note:
my Norton account has no personally identifiable information...other than my Norton account email address.
10 digit requested identity verification code (if needed) is sent to my Norton account email address.
