Accessing N360 Online backup through nobu.backup.com

I would like to bring an older post back under the attention. (Topic is already closed, so can't append)

 

Does anyone have an idea when an update of norton online backup might be expected ?

I checked with our team on the official spin and unfortunately we have not released our schedule publicly. We did a minor NOBU bug fix release this week but the release which includes the fix we talked about in the previous thread is part of the next release. I realize "soon" is very unhelpful, especially since last time we talked it was supposed to be "soon" and turned out to be a longer wait then that. Best I can really say is that we had to push back that change to this next release but it's on the schedule and in the QA process so we are on our way.

 

If you'd like to talk a little bit more specifically or you've got some specific questions/concerns on your account let me know via PM/email and I'll do my best.

I did another test today and I regained access to online backup through nobu.backup.com.

Just one other question

 

In the main window of nobu.backup.com  I can still see backup sets (which are empty) from long time ago.

Yet they are  no longer visible when I browse the norton backup drive.

 

Is it possible to delete the empty backup sets from the nobu.backup.com main window?

NOBU is supposed to detect backup sets which have been purged and automatically remove them from that screen. If you want me to have a look let me know via PM/email.
