Account cannot be access

Issue abstract: I can’t acccess my account that I setup yesterday.

Detailed description: I don’t get any email when I try to reset my password. In the app it says I need to use all the features of my account. So I click sign in, that opens a Google browser which says I’m now signed in with Google, and I can return to the app. Yet when I return to the app it still says I need to sign in. Did anyone actually test this app? Clearly Norton is utterly incompetent, and this is not a product anyone should ever pay for if they can’t even handle a basic sign on.

Even stranger still when I link the acconut with Google and login from the website it says I don’t have any Norton products. But in the app on my Android it clearly shows I have a “Norton VPN Ultimate” subscription. So this company can’t even synchronize my account between two different devices.

If you paid for the VPN app from your Google account through the installation process, it is Google that manages the Account. If you purchased directly from Norton, be sure you did not end up with a duplicate account and payment to Google.
