I am logged in to my Norton Community account and attempting to edit my account. I wish to change my use Username and stop direct messaging. I cannot click on SAVE change, nor can I check the box for having read Terms and Conditions. What is wrong?
Hi @CherylRJ, When you try to change "username" from the account page or click on the "Save" option are you getting any error message or option is disabled? Have you tried on a different browser?
