My neighbor passed away 3 months ago and I am the court appointed personal representative; I have the court and other documents to prove this. I would like to access his Hotmail account and have posted my issue on the Microsoft Community. I am searching for assets and liabilities, and would like to access his email to determine who he communicated with. He did not keep paper records relating to his finances, and I haven’t been able to glean much from what is on his computer.

I would appreciate any suggestions to access his passwords and emails.

@JeffL1 Straight away, no one here on the forums has access to the things you are asking about. We don’t and cannot access Norton accounts. Nor can we access Hotmail accounts.

If you have the correct documentation I suggest you contact Gen Digital legal counsel for a discussion with them regarding passwords and other Norton account information requests.
