Account Renewed but Still being asked to renew

my acount was automatically renewed on 3th January but am now being warned that it expires in 30 days. I can’t find any advice on how to rectify this situation and the Live Chat option doesn’t work in my location.

and I imagine (read hope) the bot emails will stop after a while.

Thanks for the response. The renewal was automatic. The account is still showing as expiring on 20th February. I live in Spain and the process you provide seems to work in USA, but not elsewhere. The support form section for telephone number refuses to accept International dialing codes, so I can’t progress.
