This is the first time that action center has asked me ever...  So I am assuming there is a problem...

 

action center is asking me to run, C:\(like i would give you an accurate file directory online.)\WSCStube.exe 

Norton 360 is running fine. Tell me as much as you can about this file. I hope it is not secrity related. Because it is not going to run until, two things; if its okay, and a what the purpose of the file is. If i am not happy with the answer i will ask for further information. Otherwise I will have it removed. Manually if need be.

Action center shows that my Virus protection IS ON. So please treat this as a sperate issue with action center.

Given your link...

Which I had already came accrossed. Problem still stands, what does the file do? and is it okay to run? Lastly and defently not least (obviously not read from my first post) Action Center says everything is running firewll antivirus ect, everything is running, checked Norton Security Suit and checked my settings everything is fine, and everything that should be running is running . So why is it asking me to run a program, that seems* to be already running???? 

 

* (since no conclusive details on what the file does)
