I am using NIS09 on XP SP2. I usually run as User as running as Admin is a poor idea even with a good AV. I got a 'action required popup' and logged in as Admin to deal with it, i.e. Ignore as it was a utility program (I thought Norton was supposed to know about these things anyway!!!) . I also set the scan to exclude my whole download directory. I am still getting that 'action required popup' several times during the day. How can I tame NIS ??
