Activate 360 on New Computer/Old Computer Not Usable

Hi, I previously had 360 installed 3X, and 1 of the computers has "bit the dust" and is unusable. I cannot "uninstall" 360 from that computer. How can I install 360 on my new Laptop? Thanks for the help.

The best thing to do is to go ahead and install Norton on the new computer. It will act as a trial until you activate it.  Then talk to customer service chat.  They are very good at dealing with subscription issues.

Hi,

 

you can simply install it on the new one as well. Go through the activation procedure as well, if you have any activation error, please contact customer support, and they will reset your 3rd activation. This way you will be able to activate Norton 360 on the new PC as well. :)
