Activating Norton 360 Premiere V5

Hi,

 

I had a problem with V4 of Norton 360 (I had error 3039,69635 and SONAR stopped working).  To fix the problem, a service technician downloaded and installed V5 of the software.  Now I can't enter my activation key, so the software keeps asking me if I want to activate my license.  Moreover, I no longer have access to chat support so that the techs can untangle the problem for me.

 

Any suggestions?
