Activation code error -2027

I am trying to use an activation code to renew my 360 subscription but using the windows app get the error message " we need additional information to register it" -2027. When I click on the link norton.com/setup and enter the key, it just takes me to a blank white screen.

I have tried for hours with multiple devices, browsers, VPN on and off.

Any suggestions? Many thanks.

were you required to setup automatic renewal?  

With users reporting blank white page.  The issue in the past has been...not allowing all Norton pages content. 
I've reproduced "blank white page" in the past by blocking Norton pages content. 
So, I post my boiler plate.

Please allow all Norton pages content.
Please turn ad/content-blocker & VPN off. 
Please allow all Norton cookies/ads/scripts/frames/trackers/beacons/etc.
Please allow all Norton pages content that may be blocked by browser extension &or built-in browser function. 
Please allow all Norton pages content in order to provide the best experience possible. 
Please whitelist-allow 'support.norton.com', 'login.norton.com', 'my.norton.com', buy.norton.com'

Please try after setting up automatic renewal.  You may cancel automatic renewal and remove payment info after activation/setup.
